 Oral and Maxillofacial Surgical Manager – Full Time

Our suburban Philadelphia Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery private practice is growing fast! That’s due to our longtime reputation for handling challenging cases, providing outstanding care, and forming strong bonds with referring doctors.

We’re seeking a full time, knowledgeable individual who values innovation and excellence, and is eager to lead our growing multi-office team.

 

Your Interests and Experience Should Include:

  • Manage doctors daily surgical schedule and assign surgical team accordingly
  • Be able to supervise a surgical team of approximately 10 people
  • Make up surgical team work and lunch schedules
  • Maintain supply inventory
  • Maintain surgical equipment and instruments
  • Delegate tasks to surgical team and follow up to make sure completed
  • Conduct coaching sessions with employees
